Ellie’s summer litter made their arrival overnight on June 2, beginning with the first puppy born at 9:00 p.m. and wrapping up with the last at 5:30 a.m. on June 3. In true Ellie fashion, she handled the long night with calm and grace, welcoming a healthy and vibrant group of eight puppies into the world.

This beautiful litter included four boys and four girls—DaMelo, DaBaby, Duncan, Dilly, Dallas, Delilah, Denali, and Dotty. Each one arrived weighing just over a pound, strong, wiggly, and ready to nurse within moments of birth. From the very beginning, they showed all the signs of being robust, social, and eager to bond.

Under Ellie’s attentive and gentle care, the puppies thrived. Within just a few days, their coats grew glossier, their bellies rounder, and their personalities began to shine. As the weeks went on, they transitioned from sleepy newborns to playful, curious companions who filled our summer days with nonstop joy, laughter, and more than a few puppy pile cuddles.

From their first steps to their first baths, each milestone was a reminder of how special this litter truly was. We spent countless hours socializing them, introducing them to new sights, sounds, and experiences—setting the foundation for confident, well-adjusted dogs.

By eight weeks old, they were ready to embark on the next chapter of their lives. Each puppy joined a loving forever family in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Florida. Saying goodbye is never easy, but we take great comfort in knowing they’re continuing to spread joy, affection, and tail wags in homes where they are deeply loved.

We’re so proud of Ellie and the incredible puppies she brought into the world this summer. This litter will always hold a special place in our hearts.
